For factory standard models, our lead time is 30 days per container; for customized models, the mould development may take 10-15 days, and another 20 days for the first container delivery.

Yes. We offer sample production and shipping. Sample costs and lead times vary depending on the model. Our standard procedure for sample cost is, client pay for the sample, and Kreno will refund 100% when we receive the first container order.
